Hotel Charlotte as 10 individually decorated rooms. Traditional rooms feature a Queen Bed. Large rooms have a Queen bed, plus added amenities such as a Spa Tub, or a Fireplace, or a Futon Couch/Bed. Family Suites are 2 adjoining rooms for 4 to 5 persons. There are high speed internet computers, WiFi, and Board games in the parlor. Breakfast is included in all rates. Off street parking is free, behind the hotel.

3 Vacation Rentals within 1 block of each other providing total of 17 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms sleeps up to 45 people in beds with room for sleeping bags too. Dyer Court Tri Plex: Unit Aspen has 3 bedrooms 2 baths and sleeps 6 to 8 (with sofa bed in living area), Unit Birch has 3 bedrooms 1 bath and sleeps 6, and Unit Cedar has 3 bedrooms 1 bath and sleeps 6.
Dyer Court Duplex: Unit North has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 plus has a rollaway cot available, Unit South has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 to 8 (with sofa bed in living area) plus has a rollaway cot available.

Condo Charlotte: This rental has 2 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, plus 2 queen size futon couch/beds in the living area and can sleep up to 9 people
All of these 3 vacation rentals are within a very easy 1 block/street walk of each other, great for large family gatherings or groups travelling together. All units have fully equipped kitchens, satellite TV, high speed internet computers, outside decks, and towels and linens provided, Condo Charlotte has a clothes washer & dryer (bring soap) too, as well as a fireplace (bring wood). The tri-plex and duplex have gas fireplaces

All units are No Smoking, No Pets.

There is a lot to do in the area. The public Golf course at Pine Mountain Lake is walking distance, and Yosemite National Park is only 24 miles away. Note: A separate vacation rental, Guide Guys Lodge, a few miles away, has one pet friendly room, and can accommodate from 2 to 12 people. This unit can be rented by the room, with shared facilities, or entirely.
